Are you ready to join the rebellion?

This is how the morning goes sometimes: You sit down to write, but instead of drafting your chapter, you find yourself twenty tabs deep in articles, half-buried under books, and staring at notes you can’t untangle. Hours pass—and you haven’t written a single word.

Sound familiar?

You’re not broken. You’re just stuck in the research spiral. And you’re not alone.

That’s why I put together the Rabbit Hole Rebellion, a free bundle of 25+ resources created for nonfiction writers who want to stop spiraling, reclaim their momentum, and rediscover the joy of writing.

This isn’t a random pile of freebies. It’s a curated toolkit designed to help with the real challenges research-driven writers face.

Sign up now to get immediate access to all of the goodies—and remember, this bundle disappears after October 31.

About Me

Hi! I’m Christina Larocco, a writer and nonfiction strategist who helps research-driven writers stop spiraling and start writing.

I know firsthand how intimidating research can feel. I’ve published books and articles, and I was editor-in-chief of a peer-reviewed scholarly journal for over a decade.

I also know how transformational it is when you find the thread that ties it all together.

That’s what the Rabbit Hole Rebellion is all about: giving you the tools to climb out of the research rabbit hole and into the story only you can tell.

Even better, for every new subscriber to the Rabbit Hole Rebellion, I’ll donate $1 to PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society). PAWS is Philadelphia’s largest rescue partner, finding loving homes for cats and dogs while working to make the city a no-kill community. As a lifelong cat lover and chronic rescuer, supporting PAWS feels like the perfect way to connect this project with a cause close to my heart.

I adopted these stinkers, Angela and Weyoun, from PAWS over a decade ago. They wouldn’t be here without it—and thousands of other animals just like them need support.

(That’s right—I’m shamelessly exploiting KITTEN CUTENESS!)

So let’s get started.

Writing doesn’t have to feel like drowning in your own research. You deserve clarity, purpose, and progress—not more spirals, shame, or false starts.

Together, we can help writers—and animals—find their way home.

Three Ways To Strike Poetic Gold While Researching

Poetry is a confluence of granular detail and emotional resonance. What a better time to mine the poetic than during the research process? I share my process of searching the archives of my local library, where I eventually discovered imagery that anchored my long essay about a buried coastal town in Michigan, nostalgia, and climate change.
